Tamaya Sushi internal mailbox and reviews tool · Last updated October 7, 2026

This application is an internal tool operated by Tamaya Sushi for its own business. It is not offered to the public, it has no user accounts, and no one outside the business can sign in to it. It uses Google APIs to do two things: read and send email from our own business mailbox, and read and answer reviews on our own Google Business Profile listings.

What it accesses

• Gmail: the messages, headers, labels and attachments of Tamaya Sushi's own business mailbox ([email protected] and its aliases).
• Google Business Profile: Tamaya Sushi's own business listings and the reviews left on them.

Nothing else. It does not access any personal Google account, and it cannot read mail belonging to anyone outside the business.

How the information is used

• To read correspondence guests send to our business address and to prepare replies for the owner to review.
• To read reviews left on our own listings and to publish replies that the owner has approved.

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share this information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train machine learning models. A person at the business reviews and approves every reply, whether it is sent by email or published as a public response to a review.

Storage and retention

• Email remains in the business mailbox, which is the system of record. The tool does not keep a separate database of message contents.
• Messages are read on demand through Google's API as they are handled. The owner may keep short working notes on equipment the business controls; those notes are not shared and are deleted when no longer needed.
• Reviews and review replies live in Google's systems, not in a copy held by this tool.

Security

Access is granted through OAuth tokens held on equipment controlled by Tamaya Sushi, protected by disk encryption and restricted file permissions. No Google password is stored. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends the application's ability to read or send mail.

Limited Use

This application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
